Pay Khamsa of 5% From Your any Gains/Profit
واعلموا أنما غنمتم من شيء فأن لله خمسه وللرسول ولذي القربى واليتامى والمساكين وابن السبيل إن كنتم آمنتم بالله وما أنزلنا على عبدنا يوم الفرقان يوم التقى الجمعان والله على كل شيء قدير - ''And know that what profit/gains from any then that Allah 5th and for Messenger and for the relatives and the orphans and the needy/poor and the wayfarer that you are you believed with Allah and what revealed upon our slave day criterion day met the groups and Allah upon all any capable''. (8:41)
You must pay 5% from your gains or profit from anything. You should pay accordingly in directions as per ayat 8:41 . Allah and His Messenger is dis-pleased with anyone who do not pay 5% of his gains from anything ;
الذين يأكلون الربا لا يقومون إلا كما يقوم الذي يتخبطه الشيطان من المس ذلك بأنهم قالوا إنما البيع مثل الربا وأحل الله البيع وحرم الربا فمن جاءه موعظة من ربه فانتهى فله ما سلف وأمره إلى الله ومن عاد فأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون
Those who consume Riba (5% money of wealth not given in charity) will not stand up except as one who has been tempted by Satan’s touch This is because they said, “Trade is only like Ribe/Excess.” Allah has permitted trade and forbidden Riba/Excess. Then from receives a strong persuasion (command) from his Owner and he refrains then for him what he did before and his command to Allah And from the offender then those companions the fire they in it forever. (2:275)
يمحق الله الربا ويربي الصدقات والله لا يحب كل كفار أثيم
Destroys Allah the excessive and Raises the charity/Alms and Allah not likes all disbeliever sinful. (2:276)
وما آتيتم من ربا ليربو في أموال الناس فلا يربو عند الله وما آتيتم من زكاة تريدون وجه الله فأولئك هم المضعفون
And what from excess increases in wealth to the people then not increases at Allah and what you give from Purification desiring countenance then those them get manifold. (30:39)
فإن لم تفعلوا فأذنوا بحرب من الله ورسوله وإن تبتم فلكم رءوس أموالكم لا تظلمون ولا تظلمون
Then that you do not do so, then be informed war from Allah and His Messenger and that you repent, then for you capital your wealth not Unjust and Not Unjust. (2:279)
وإن كان ذو عسرة فنظرة إلى ميسرة وأن تصدقوا خير لكم إن كنتم تعلمون
And is that holder in difficulty then look to ease and that Charity better for you that you know. (2:280).
ليس البر أن تولوا وجوهكم قبل المشرق والمغرب ولكن البر من آمن بالله واليوم الآخر والملائكة والكتاب والنبيين وآتى المال على حبه ذوي القربى واليتامى والمساكين وابن السبيل والسائلين وفي الرقاب وأقام الصلاة وآتى الزكاة والموفون بعهدهم إذا عاهدوا والصابرين في البأساء والضراء وحين البأس أولئك الذين صدقوا وأولئك هم المتقون
Not Right that you Turn Faces before East and West but Right from believe with Allah and Last Day and Malaika and The Book/Kitab and Prophets and coming the Wealth over love blood relatives and orphans and the needy/poor and sons the wayfair and the questioners and in the necks and establish Communication and bring purification and those who fulfil with their promises when after they promise and patient ones in misery and hardships and when stressed these those who are truthful and these they fearing ones. (2:177).
